Happy New Year

Did you enjoy your holidays?  Here at Damson & Slate we are going to have a Winter break, starting on 1st January and then re-opening on Thursday 20th January, 2011.  To start the New Year, we are also planning to have a sale.
It is not going to be all feet up and snoozing for us, as we are also planning our Spring collection.  Can't wait for 20th January!

Nadolig Llawen .....

... Merry Christmas to you all.

Here at D&S we have made merry at our parties, wrapped our presents, baked our cakes, fallen over in the snow and helped a few of our, wonderful, male customers select presents for their loved ones.

Christmas cocktails anyone?  Ding dong .......

When ordering from our web, or by means of a telephoned sale, please note that the adverse weather conditions could result in the delayed arrival of your parcel.  Of course, our delivery company will be making every effort to get parcels to customers in time for Christmas.  Not long to go ........

Felt - so soft

Our felting supplier has been oh so busy and made a selection of felted cushion covers for us.  The hand made felt has been dyed with  natural dyes, such as logwood, cochineal, broom, oak, coreopsis or natural white fleece.  Each piece is unique and will vary.

If you are unable to get out and about for your Christmas shopping, have a look at our website http://www.damsonandslate.co.uk/ for inspiration.

Christmas shopping fun.

Thankfully the temperature is now rising and we can start to thaw a little.  These hand knitted mohair socks are just the thing to keep your feet cosy during the chilly days and nights.

Narberth should be full of shoppers this week-end, all looking for lovely Christmas gifts.  If you are perplexed and just cannot decide what to buy, just remember we are here to help you  with your purchasing dilemas.  Our shop will be open, of course, until 5 pm on Friday 24th December and then re-open on Monday 27th December at 11 am.

Seasonal weather

The cold weather is still with us; what better way to keep warm than to wrap up in soft, comforting, Welsh woollen throws.

Don't let the cold weather put you off coming out for your Christmas shopping.  Our new window display is full of traditional, coloured, glass baubles, alongside a pretty Christmas wreath.  Come and see for yourselves.
